We get this question a lot. And we knew we would, which is why we address the basics first on the front page of our website. We also posted a blog about our bigger mission in terms of community and gym experience.
But let’s simplify further, and talk just about our training framework.
Agatsu NC is focused on:
- Building strength, increasing mobility and stability.
- Reducing fear and pain.
- Acquiring new skills, expanding current ones, as well as seeking opportunities to apply those skills — such as dance, martial arts, and other sports/activities.
In other words: we train to become more useful. We work to make you a more capable human — generally as well as within the context of your particular goals and current abilities.
And oh yeah, we also try to have fun doing it.
