We are underway! Online classes are in full swing.
It’s hard to tell when all of this social distancing stuff is going to be over, but in the meantime it’s important to make sure you keep moving. While fitness classes via a computer screen may be a little unusual for some, thus far it’s been remarkably fun.
You don’t need any equipment — you just need a little moxie!
If you’re a current member you can sign up for online classes using the Zen Planner app or our online calendar just like a regular class. Movement & Strength online classes will be held Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 8:30 AM via Zoom. We will also have an online Mobility class at 8:30 AM on Mondays beginning on 30-May-2020. Ideally you’ll have your computer/phone set up in an open area of your home so that we can see you moving and offer feedback.
If you’re not a current member but would like to try us out, first class is free! Then if you like us, you can buy a membership package here.
We’re still posting video workouts online via Facebook and Instagram. We also have additional bonus material for active members via our private Facebook group. So keep an eye out for those. More soon!
